KOT Conveyor Mobile App was developed by KOT Engineering Technology Department.
The mobile application calculates maximum capacity of belt conveyors, belt free edge and linear load based on CEMA 6th edition standard.
The software has four bulk materials recorded, but allows the user to change the density and surcharge angle for specific evaluations.
The idea is to allow quick assessment of belt conveyors with minimal data available, requiring only the width of the belt, conveyor speed, lateral tilt of the rollers and the basic data of the bulk material.
The tonnage is then calculated wich allows evaluations in the field using a mobile phone or any device with android operating system.
